The repetitive work, handled. Every decision stays yours.
I build small systems that copy, sort, check and draft the work your team does by hand every week. When something matters, it waits for a yes from you.
Fixed price, agreed before I start.
Reply to Sarah about order #4182
Hi Sarah, your order left our warehouse this morning. The tracking number is in the attachment, and it should reach you by Thursday.
The system did the looking up and the writing. A person still presses the button.
Most small teams I talk to aren't short of ideas. They're short of hours, because a good part of every week goes to copying orders between systems, chasing the same emails and building the same report again.
That's the work I take off your plate. I don't sell a platform or a monthly licence. I look at one task, tell you plainly whether it's worth automating, and if it is, I build it on your own accounts, for a price we agree first.
And nothing I build talks to your customers or spends your money without a person saying yes.
Paw Alert runs its own marketing. I only approve it.
Paw Alert is a free Android app for lost and found pets that I built. Instead of spending my evenings on posts and emails, I built the team that does them: small agents that research, write, design and publish, and a review page where I say yes or no.
- 6scheduled agents: writing, publishing, news, shelter outreach and a weekly review
- 1daily job left for a person: reading the drafts and approving them
- 500+lost, found and adoptable pets collected onto the app's map automatically
One ordinary day
The news desk reads the week's animal stories and drafts a report with sources.
Outreach writes to animal shelters and drafts replies to the ones who answered.
Anything already approved goes onto the website and into the posting queue.
The writer prepares tomorrow's post and article, with a brand check and a fact check.
I read everything on one page and approve or reject it. About ten minutes.
The approved work is published and scheduled. Nothing else goes out.
Built around how your team already works.
You don't need to change tools. I connect the ones you have and fill the gaps between them, with a person checking wherever a mistake would cost money.
- i.
Admin that moves itself
Orders, invoices, emails and spreadsheets that travel between your tools on their own, and flag anything that doesn't add up.
For example: order sync, invoice checking, a weekly report that writes itself - ii.
Small tools made for you
When off-the-shelf software is too big or doesn't fit: stock and storage tracking, order status pages, simple internal dashboards.
For example: warehouse stock list, booking overview, a page your staff actually use - iii.
Follow-ups that don't slip
Personal first emails and one polite follow-up, with replies drafted for your team to check and send.
For example: partner outreach, quote follow-ups, booking confirmations - iv.
Research and content
Posts, articles and short briefs on your market, researched with sources and only published after your yes.
For example: social posts, a Monday competitor summary
Real systems break. Mine notice, recover and tell you.
Demos only show the good days. These are real problems from the system above, and what it does about them now.
- What happenedA failed save made a job post the same thing every hour. What it does nowEvery action keeps a "done" record and checks for duplicates before it runs.
- What happenedA scheduled job sometimes didn't start, so posts went out late. What it does nowA dispatcher starts each run, confirms it started and retries up to three times.
- What happenedThe email provider blocked sending one morning. What it does nowIt saves the emails as drafts, sets a reminder and sends them on the next run.
Four steps, and you're in control of each one.
You tell me one task
A few sentences: what your team does by hand today, and how often.
I send a fixed price
A one-page plan: what it does, where it asks for your approval, the cost and the timeline.
I build and test it
On your own accounts, with test runs you can watch before anything goes live.
You approve, it runs
A simple review page and a short guide. Fixes in the first month are included.
Your data, your accounts, your code.
- It runs on your accounts
- Your tools and cloud accounts, with full access for you. Nothing is locked in with me.
- A person approves
- Anything that reaches customers or costs money waits for a yes from your team.
- EU-based, GDPR-minded
- I work from the EU and sign a data processing agreement on request.
- Clear about AI
- You know which AI services touch your data, on business plans that don't train on it.
- You hear when it breaks
- Failures are logged and reported to you, never silent.
- You own the code
- Everything I build is yours, with a short guide. Ongoing care is optional.
What does your team do by hand every week?
Write me a few sentences about it. I'll reply personally with whether it's worth automating, how I'd do it, and a fixed price. No call needed.
